Kikeh SPAR

 

Project Description: First SPAR to be installed outside Malaysia, with a water depth of 1330 meters, weight of 12,000 metric tons, length of 142 meters and diameter of 32 meters.

Scope of Work: 
3D Modeling, Generate production drawings, NC Code, Nesting drawings, Weld Logs, Part list, 
Profile list, WCOG & Profile sketches, for. 6 Hard Tanks, Deck Leg Supports, Chain Jack Foundations, Fairlead Foundation, Hard Tank Truss Connections, FTL Porches, TTR Guide, TTR Frames.

Total manhours: 35,000.

FPSO Kikeh

 

Project Name : FPSO Kikeh (Engineering Review and Rework)

Project Description: SD was given the complex task to rescue the top side piping job. During fabrication some system changes were made on site without updating the drawings. This caused some confusion on the project and SD was called in to rescue this job. A lot of areas like Bilge systems, Sewage systems, Sea water service, Steam condenser lines were inconsistent with the drawings.

Client: MMHE (Johor Bahru)

Scope of Work: Visit the site and draw hand sketches of the various fabricated lines, and incorporate it into the master reference drawings and suggest changes.


Gumusut Kakap

 

Project Name: Gumusut Kakap Floating Production System

Project Description (TPMC):
EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) contract for  HULL and TOPSIDEs. The HULL was designed by Shell and weighs approximately 19,000 MT. It has a storage capacity of 20,000 barrels of crude oil, 2,582 barrels of methanol, 4,145 barrels of diesel and 7,122 barrels of potable water.

Project Description:
